Returns

Galleria Intima takes pride in offering premium products with customer satisfaction & therefore the following return policy applies;

• Due to the nature of our products being as intimate apparel we happily offer an exchange or credit note. Item(s) must be in 100% original condition with swing tags applied & packaging included. We require a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase when sending back your item(s).
• We provide 14 days returns for Australia & 21 days for the rest of the world.
• We recommend sending your item(s) back to us via a trackable source, as we don't take any responsibility for any item(s) lost in transit.
• A refund will only be issued if the item is faulty & irreplaceable, but we require to be contacted within 1-2 days on info@galleriaintimagroup.com for your authorisation.
• Credit note (valid for 6 months) & refund will only be processed once the item(s) have been received by Galleria Intima. 
• We don't accept returns on Hosiery, Sale item(s) or Gift Vouchers.
